About The Founder
Confluence Travel was founded by Tucker Ladd in 2025. Prior to starting Confluence, Tucker spent 18+ years in the Outdoor and Fly Fishing Industries where he operated one of the largest fly fishing retail and outfitting brands in the country.
Looking to pivot careers, Tucker decided to take his decades of travel and travel planning expertise and embark on a new adventure assisting clients in fulfilling their travel dreams.
When not helping his clients or on a global adventure of his own, you'll find Tucker cycling the mountain roads of Colorado, in search of fresh snow, or enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
